Orders
Orders are confirmed by phone. Product availability, delivery time, and final price may vary by stock, area, and market rate.
Delivery
Instant delivery depends on location, traffic, stock availability, and rider availability. Delivery timing is confirmed when you call.
Gas Cylinders
Cylinder products should be used with compatible regulators, hose pipes, and safe fittings. Customers should check cylinder seal, weight, and connection condition at delivery.
Gas Stoves & Accessories
Stove and accessory warranty or replacement depends on brand policy and product condition. Used, damaged, or improperly installed items may not qualify for replacement.
Safety
Do not use damaged hose pipes, loose clamps, leaking regulators, or faulty burners. If you smell gas, turn off the cylinder valve, avoid flames and electrical switches, and call for help.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges must be requested immediately after delivery and are subject to inspection. Installed or used items may not be returnable unless defective.
